6. Search Quotas and Credits

Free accounts are subject to daily search credit limits. These limits are in place to ensure fair usage and service availability. We reserve the right to modify quota limits at any time. Abuse of the quota system may result in account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and features, is owned by DW Search and protected by intellectual property laws. The search results and indexed content belong to their respective owners. We claim no ownership over third-party content accessible through the Service.

8. Data and Content

Search results may contain sensitive, disturbing, or illegal content. You acknowledge that:

• DW Search does not create, endorse, or verify the content of indexed sources
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or availability of third-party content
• You access such content at your own risk and discretion

9. Limitation of Liability
